Note on page 1 says that this text was one of the books found in Hamdallahi after the departure of the people of Futa, and that it belonged to Shaykh Ahmad i.e. Ahmadu Lobbo. (Arabic: هذا من الكتب التي وجدت في حمد الله حين خروج أهل فوت منها وفي آخره أنّه للشيخ أحمد)
